1. The service

Ali Seller AI provides analysis, alerts, drafts and recommendations for Amazon sellers, and can execute actions in your Amazon account only after you authorize the app and approve each action (or enable automatic mode for the specific low-risk tasks you choose).

You remain responsible for your prices, inventory, product content, customer communications and business decisions, and for complying with Amazon's policies and the law.

2. Amazon connection

You connect through Amazon's official authorization. We never ask for your Seller Central password. You can revoke access at any time in Seller Central.

We use Amazon information only to provide the service to you, in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ali to violate Amazon's policies, manipulate reviews or rankings, contact buyers outside Amazon, infringe intellectual property, or submit false claims or information. If we detect such use, we may suspend access and, where required, notify Amazon.

4. AI and estimates

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI output can contain mistakes and must be reviewed before use. Estimates are labeled as estimates and are not guaranteed results or Amazon data.

5. Subscription and billing

There is no free trial. The plan price is charged when you subscribe and renews for the monthly or annual period you choose until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund charges already made.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reyliff LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or decisions made by Amazon about your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ali Seller AI ofrece análisis, alertas, borradores y recomendaciones para vendedores de Amazon, y puede ejecutar acciones en tu cuenta de Amazon solo después de que autorices la aplicación y apruebes cada acción (o actives el modo automático para las tareas de bajo riesgo que tú elijas).

Tú sigues siendo responsable de tus precios, inventario, contenido de productos, comunicaciones con clientes y decisiones comerciales, y de cumplir las políticas de Amazon y la ley.

2. Conexión con Amazon

Te conectas con la autorización oficial de Amazon. Nunca pedimos tu contraseña de Seller Central. Puedes revocar el acceso en cualquier momento desde Seller Central.

Usamos la información de Amazon solo para prestarte el servicio, conforme a la Política de uso aceptable y la Política de protección de datos de Amazon.

3. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar Ali para incumplir las políticas de Amazon, manipular reseñas o rankings, contactar compradores fuera de Amazon, infringir propiedad intelectual ni presentar reclamaciones o información falsas. Si detectamos ese uso, podemos suspender el acceso y, cuando corresponda, avisar a Amazon.

4. IA y estimaciones

Algunas funciones usan inteligencia artificial. Lo que genera la IA puede contener errores y debe revisarse antes de usarlo. Las estimaciones se marcan como tales y no son resultados garantizados ni datos de Amazon.

5. Suscripción y facturación

No hay prueba gratuita. El precio del plan se cobra al suscribirte y se renueva según el período mensual o anual elegido hasta que canceles. Puedes administrar o cancelar la suscripción desde el portal de facturación; la cancelación evita cobros futuros y no devuelve automáticamente los cargos ya realizados.

6. Disponibilidad y cambios

Trabajamos para que el servicio esté disponible y seguro, pero se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantía de funcionamiento ininterrumpido. Podemos actualizar funciones y estos términos; los cambios importantes se publicarán en esta página.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, Reyliff LLC no responde por daños indirectos o consecuenciales, lucro cesante ni decisiones de Amazon sobre tu cuenta. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste por el servicio en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
